After seeing so many bad cases over the years, and we do mean a LOT of bad cases, it becomes obvious that much of family law (the actual "law") is not that helpful to a lot of people in their cases, and many litigants simply don't understand why their cases fail?
Attorney herein studies family law cases in an effort to find out what has and what has not worked, but mainly attorney knows in practical terms, how to guide a losing case into more of a winning case. Most of attorney's clients come in with losing cases, to be frank. Almost none of the cases are even close to winning anything. And sometimes the case outcome was not due to the fault of the "client" at all !!!
Attorney is pretty good at fixing bad cases as long as the client him/herself, was not really at fault, but got blamed for things that produced errant results. BUT even where a client might have been at fault a long time ago, if facts have changed, then there is a good chance it is fixable if attorney works on the case.
Some of attorney's best and worst (worst meaning they were done improperly by others) cases have transpired out of sheer determination and staying with the case. Very few attorneys like to work like this because it takes far more effort. Attorney herein enjoys working on extremely challenging cases and is known to have the bulldog spirit.
